Luckily we have been experiencing some real warm weather since November. With some weird snow that fell for Halloween, besides that this season has been mild. That sure comes as a blessing for many families who watched oil prices rise and were unsure whether they would afford their heating bill. Over the past month solid prices have seen heavy fluctuation. With prices nearing and over $4 gallons, to price drops to the mid and low $3 range. What is the lowest you have paid for oil so far this year?
